Sadie has been working in the General Insurance Industry since 1978. Her most recent project includes the collection, analysis and evaluation of Client and Employee Engagement survey data for a group of high performance insurance brokerages. This survey data is correlated with the financial results of each brokerage to assist in the development of action plans to enhance the overall performance of the organization. Sadie’s background began at the company level, in commercial underwriting and marketing roles. From this evolved one of her passions – to coach and develop / facilitate technical training programs to insurance professionals. With a partner, she launched ITAC Inc. (Insurance Training and Consulting) which for 12 years was the preeminent insurance training organization in Atlantic Canada. More recently Sadie has developed the TechFit Commercial and Personal Insurance™‘Train the Trainer’ programs. These programs offer complete step-by-step guides for the seasoned or the first-time facilitator; including complete facilitator notes, exercises, animated slideshow and participant workbook. And to accompany the programs, she has developed the TechFit Knowledge Profile™, a quick and easy on-line assessment tool that the facilitator can use to measure the technical knowledge levels of the training participant before and after training. Sadie has completed the designations of CIP, FCIP and CRM.

Debbie has recently joined IC3 as an Associate Coach. She has worked in the General Insurance Industry since 2001. Her most recent role was Chief Operating Officer & Vice President of Finance for a group of regional insurance brokerages in the Niagara region. In her role as COO, her organization was a member of the Broker Performance Group for several years. Debbie comments that, “Working with Rick. As a senior executive, Debbie has experience in strategic planning, leadership coaching and development, employee engagement, financial management and leading to drive results for the organization. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, she discovered a real passion for coaching and developing leaders and creating a collaborative organization.
Debbie has a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from Brock University and a CPA, CGA designation. She has completed training in the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program and has just recently completed her Certified Coach Practitioner certification.

Originally from North Bay where she graduated with honors from the Office Administration Executive program, Robin began her career in the insurance industry working for Rick Bauman as his Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Mentored by Rick she gained extensive knowledge about the industry and solid business and communication experience. After taking a leave from the corporate world to raise a growing family, Robin returned to school in order to build upon and advance her career. She held a variety of key administrative and management roles with both government and private sector companies. Dedicated, reliable, personable and motivated, Robin finds enjoyment in helping people and organizations with her wide array of administrative skills. She brings a wealth of knowledge to business owners and entrepreneurs who wish to grow and scale. Naturally curious, Robin relishes the challenge of learning new software or applications and as technology changes, she is one of the first to adopt and embrace new skills. Her many years of corporate experience, high-level problem solving and communication skills have proven to be highly effective in building successful client and vendor relationships.
