Debbie Voth has pursued a career in the General Insurance Industry since 2001. Her most recent role was Chief Operating Officer & Vice President of Finance for a large regional insurance brokerage. In her role as COO, her organization was a member of the iC3 Broker Performance Group for several years.

Debbie has exceptional experience in strategic planning, leadership coaching and development, employee engagement, financial management and leading to drive results for the organization.

Debbie has a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from Brock University and a CPA, CGA designation. She has completed training in the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program and has earned her Certified Coach Practitioner certification.
